- Identifying the key characteristics of human rights
- Identifying why we need human rights
- Defining where our human rights have come from
- Defining a 'public authority'
- Identifying the rights that apply in specific public authorities (as relevant)
- Identifying when human rights can be interfered with
- Identifying case examples (context specific)
- Making recommendations for practice (context specific)
